What the demand notice is
A HESCO demand notice is their price for the meter, security and whatever that circle is charging this year. It is not a shop accessory. Paying it to an agent without a receipt in your name is how files vanish.
After the meter
App export and DISCO export should be cousins, not strangers. First three bills: check the export column. If HESCO shows zero export and the dongle shows export, photograph both the same hour and go to the circle, not Facebook.

Take a 10 kW-class hybrid in Hyderabad (HESCO, ~5.3 PSH). 16 × 645 W is 10.32 kW DC. Derated yield ≈ 10.32 × 5.3 × 0.78 ≈ 42.7 kWh on a clean day — then heat derate before paperwork.
