Worked example — Islamabad
Take a 10 kW-class hybrid in Islamabad (IESCO, ~5.2 PSH). 16 × 645 W is 10.32 kW DC. Derated yield ≈ 10.32 × 5.2 × 0.78 ≈ 41.9 kWh on a clean day — then CDA/DHA NOCs stacked on the DISCO. This page (NAEPP) is the piece of that plant people skip on WhatsApp. If your quote cannot survive this Islamabad sentence, it will not survive May.
